No one expected an epidemic to link masks to violence

Cashiers, flight attendants and others have become "high-risk groups" for violence as shops and public transport require people to wear masks, making it almost a part of their job to remind customers of the obligation to wear masks. According to incomplete statistics, from March to October 2021, there have been at least 10 reported incidents of violence against staff members who complained about the requirement to wear masks.

In fact, similar cases involving masks have been reported several times since the outbreak began in Germany, the most egregious of which occurred on September 18. That night, a 49-year-old man threw his beer on the counter at a petrol station in idar-Oberstein, a small town in The state of Raja, after a cashier reminded him to wear a mask. A short time later, the man returned to the gas station with a gun and shot the cashier. The 20-year-old cashier died.

In the face of so much violence caused by mask-refuseniks, one might reconsider the question mentioned in the opening paragraph. While it may not be appropriate for ordinary people to remind others to wear masks, it is also hard to ignore the fact that those who refuse to wear masks may also be radicals engaged in "lateral thinking" and other activities. In any case, in addition to wearing masks in public places, reducing congregations and unnecessary outings is probably the most common consensus we should have at the moment, as the fourth wave of the epidemic is raging in Germany.

Protection is a combination of masks, gloves, protective clothing, masks are disposable. It is also a reminder to the general public that wearing a mask alone is not necessarily coronavirus proof. There is also a need for good hand hygiene, respiratory etiquette and proper disinfection.
